Sorting Documents

You can sort the documents on the server by:

• Name - the file name (default).
• Community Name - Name of the community to which the document is assigned
• Document Creator - Name of the person that created the document
• Classification - Security classification assigned to the document
• Time to Expire - Period of time before the file is automatically removed from the server
• Last Access - Number of days since the last access

To sort the documents:

Click the table heading to sort in ascending or descending order.
