By default, a new community is created with two classifications - Highly Restricted and Restricted. Each classification has a set of permissions for different actions. You can change permissions for default classifications. When you create a new classification, you can assign permissions as necessary.

Note - Configuration changes affect the client only after the next scheduled update. Frequency of the updates is configured through Protection Settings.

These are the permission and the applicable values:

The default is Yes, and you cannot change it.

Edit

Yes - user can edit the document.

No - user cannot edit the document.

Print

Yes - user can print the document.

No - user cannot print the document.

Screen Capture

Yes - user can do screen capture of the document.

No - user cannot do screen capture of the document.

Ask - a warning shows telling the user that running a screen capture is not allowed, and asking the user to confirm that he still wants to do it.

Copy Paste

Yes - user can copy paste from the document.

No - user cannot copy paste from the document.

Change Classification

Yes - user can change the classification of the document.

No - user cannot change the classification of the document.

Add Users

Yes - user can add users to or remove users from the document.

No - user cannot add users to or remove users from the document.

Unprotect

Yes - user can remove the protection from the document.

No - user cannot remove the protection from the document.

Ask - a warning shows telling the user that removing protection is not allowed, and asking the user to confirm that he still wants to do it.

Mobile/Web View

Yes - user can view the document on the web or on a mobile device.

No - user cannot view the document on the web or on a mobile device.
