To get to the reports page, go to the tab. The events show in a table with these fields:
Date

Date and time of the event.

Name of the document.

Email address of the user.

Operation
|
Type of operation that the user tried to perform, for example open a document or add a user.

Action
|
Action to Allow or to Deny the operation.

Classification
|
Classification of the document.
|
Added User
|
Name of an added group or the email address of an added user.
|
IP Address
|
IP address of the machine from which the file was accessed.
|
Classification Updated
|
New classification assigned to the document.
|
Host Name
|
Name of the source computer.
|
Elevation Request
|
Request for one of these:
- Screen Capture
- Copy Paste
- Unprotect
|
Elevation Result
|
Allow or Deny
|
Removed User
|
Name of a group or the email address of a user that has been removed.
|
