Viewing Reports
By default, the report shows All operations and All actions. You can modify the report criteria, or perform a search for a specific user or a specific document.
To filter the events by type of operations or actions:
Select an operation from the drop-down menu, and an action from the drop-down menu. The data is filtered and shows in the table.
To search for a user or a document:
Enter a user's email address in the User search field or a document name in the Document search field.
To clear all filters:
Click .
The graph on the reports page shows the total number of:
- Elevation Requests
- Document Propagation events
- Denied Operations
- Instances of Protection Removed
To see specific events in those categories, click on the graph bar for the category of interest. The data is filtered and shows in the table.
To download the data to your computer, you can export it into an Excel or a CSV file.
To export the report data to a file on your computer:
Click and select the file format - Excel or CSV. The file is downloaded to your computer.

Note - The exported file contains only the last 65,000 records to comply with the restriction of MS Excel 2003.
